2.0 JOB SUMMARY
Take full responsibilities of the TM system(AC side), including Integrated TM Module(AC side) design, benchmarking and testing both internally and customer side, etc.
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis the customer requirement of thermal management system and distribute to different sub-system.
Integrated TM module (AC side) design, including structure design, simulation analysis, material and process analysis, performance optimization, etc.
Cooperate with waterside module design, support for whole system design
Responsible for the vehicle thermal management critical problem analysis and providing solutions
Product testing scheme design, data analysis, improve testing efficiency, etc.
Collect and collate technical documents, prepare product design, test reports and quality system documents, etc.
Undertake relevant technical training work.
4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education: Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in HVAC related component design.
Major: HVAC, Vehicle engineering, mechatronics, fluids, thermodynamics and other majors.
Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good at learning and summarizing experience; solid basic knowledge in mechanical, material, electromagnetic and fluid disciplines; R&D experience in HVAC components design, simulation, test, is preferred.
Personality: responsible, enterprising, hard-working, strong sense of teamwork
