The position of "Component configuration" is responsible for E/E component whitelist. Be familiar with E/E component whole development process, including development, integration, testing and release. Make E/E hardware requirements and interface to JVs, provide component list which fulfill AGT LAH, SOP requirement. Reduce the architecture complexity via component management.

 

key task:

Make E/E component baseline for AGT vehicles under different CEA architecture version which fulfil AGT LAH
Make and maintain E/E component baseline for series vehicles under different CEA architecture version which fulfill Fuli/TPB requirement
E/E component technical concept evaluation, review and release
Make E/E hardware requirements and interface to JVs to provide correct component
Coordinate HW Compatibility to architecture with other stakeholders.
Continuously maintain the baseline and HW database (white list) and expand its potential usage, facilitate JVs to choose the E/E component solution
Participate in TMT-E export team regular meeting and evaluate the technical concept from HW perspective and provide the HW requirement
Prepare architecture requirements to components and other architecture relevant technical document from internal stakeholders
Identify differences in components and control variations to reduce the number and complexity of components
Control component solution to reduce the architecture complexity and ensure components configuration flexible
Qualification:

University Studies: Automobile Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering, Mechnical Engieering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. degree), Master degree is a plus.
Long-standing experiences (> 3y) in Automotive electronic, hardware development and project management experience. VW group working experience is preferred.
Transversal Skills: Creativity, Solution oriented, passion and appreciation of people • Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring) • Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in E/E components related areas. • Good team player and communication skills, serious and responsible in work, patient • Knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture is a plus. • Broad knowledge in hardware development process. • Business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory.
