Brief description of the position:

Key Tasks:

Analyze business data in Data Hub using various methods. Find trends and patterns for RND domain.
Create a scientific business KPI system. Define indicator details to reflect business status.
Use tools like PowerBI and Posit for data visualization. Make dashboards and reports for easy access.
Do special data analyses for business issues and projects. Support decision - making.
Gather and analyze industry data. Compare with internal data for strategic suggestions.
Collaborate with data engineers and business depts. on platform optimization for better data analysis.
 
 

Qualification and skills:

a bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors like Statistics, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, and Economics.
5 years of experience in data analysis, including 3 years of experience in analyzing complex business scenarios. Be proficient in using tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
Master statistical knowledge and have data mining capabilities.
Master SQL, be proficient in using analysis tools like Python and R, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
Have in - depth understanding of industry business and be able to solve business problems.
Be able to communicate analysis results effectively with different teams.
