Brief description of the position: Monitor and ensure the implementation of specified requirements on function, system and component levels. Involved in developing, evaluating and finally releasing the brake system parts. This position holds the responsibility for all matters about the work in development and localization for brake system parts in VCTC. Key Tasks: One Box (IPB/IBC…) & EPB Technical Project Management for MQB platform Concept feasibility evaluation, development timing management, application resource coordination, level release, BMG release management etc. Development for brake control system according to VW process Independent component development / further development in coordination with the WOB department Benchmark the functions and the components Constructive new and further development as well as localization of components for new vehicle projects as well as model maintenance and change scopes from project takeover until EOP Support of the activities for the creation of project-related AWS or job split and SOC agreements Continuous reduction of vehicle material costs and implementation of low-cost solutions Assessment of the technical competence of the development / service partner Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and compliance with legal requirements After-sales problem, test problem, production problem solving Leverage partner’s knowhow for future development Provide technical guidance in most urgent needed areas for partner Formulate the development planning for group and formulate the training plan for new colleague Qualification and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automobile manufacturing, business management or other related fields. Professional Experience: Experience for brake control system development. More than 5 years working experience in mainstream automobile company (over 100000 capacity), working experience in multi-national company is preferred. Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative. With good communication skills and team spirit. Excellent comprehensive quality, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people. Fluent English communication skills or German communication skills is preferred. Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
