Brief description of the position:
This position requires one specialist who has abundant experience with HV systems e.g. HV battery/Charging/HV safety etc., he will be in charge of HV Battery/Charging/HV safety system function development incl. specifications generation, interfaces definition, SW development, function realization, trouble shooting & analysis in the development phase etc.
Key Tasks:
Be responsible for function/SW development works of BMS/charging system/HV safety in region China
Be responsible for integration of BMS/Charging system/HV system and further joint tasks
Be responsible for function specifications for HV battery /Charging/HV safety
Be responsible for BMS/Charging system/HV safety failure analysis
Be responsible for efficient communication build-up between VCTC and joint-development partners.
Competitor benchmark and cost analysis on top cost sensitive components to ensure the competitiveness in China Market.
Be responsible for supervision and coordination of vendor-development work and benchmarking of competitor products especially for system, sub-component and function level
Qualification and skills:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electronic technology or related majors
5+ year working experience in BMS/charging system/HV safety function development area
Familiar with KPM and failure analysis
Certificate with EFffT, EFK
Good knowledge of BMS/Charging system integration, BMS/Charging function development
Good knowledge and experience with HV battery/HV-Charging system
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills.
Matlab, Simulink skills are preferred.
