部门描述/Department Mission

The Software & Hardware platform department empowers Cariad China (a Volkswagen Company) Software & Hardware development in China. The overall goals are responsible for software & hardware developments of products like Tbox, CDCU, LDCU and RDCU , including schematics design, 2D/3D design, hardware testing and DV/PV testing, also monitoring EMS suppliers. It is a in-house software/hardware development department.
 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

Technical key words (at least 3 words): 

 

You are responsible for developing hardware test concept, generating and optimizing hardware test cases
You are responsible for SIPI testing
You need to execute hardware functional testing, performance testing, compliance testing, robust testing (electrical/environment/mechanical/chemical)
Support certification, regulation standards testing. Like SRRC…
Support hardware engineer regarding root cause analysis and issue fixing.
Hardware relevant issue management and follow up
Hardware test data/report creation and management

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Design, Computer Science, Technical, Electronic Engineering
More than 3 years of work experience in hardware testing
Could handle hardware testing and use case generation by own
Familiar with different kind of test equipment, like Oscilloscope, signal source, spectrograph, vector network analyzer, etc
Master of analog and digital circuits;
Understand the knowledge of signal integrity analysis in SI and PI aspects;
Able to understand schematic and PCB diagrams;
Familiar with relevant standards in the automotive electronics industry, such as GB/T 28046, etc
Familiar with the knowledge and regulatory requirements of automotive electronic electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
Familiar with Linux system, xshell and other tools
Strong communication skills
Excellent initiative, engagement and personal responsibility
Target oriented and well structured
Strong analytical skills and can get to the heart of the matter
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
