The position of "Connectivity Function Architecture" is responsible for architecture definition and innovation-oriented development of automotive connectivity System Solution. Also responsible for hardware-based connect&security systems, software systems and software-based functions across the entire Connectivity service and product development process. Key tasks: Make System Architecture Plan and Assist Feasibility Analysis on the System Architecture Solution based on definition on function and product, including diagnostic, communication, software, hardware, algorithm, reliability and other indicators; Work as technical interface, launch workshops with counter partners and suppliers for E2E system definition, validation, and issues co-debugging; Create Function Spec. and Connectivity Function Activation Spec for test departments to ensure the function well integrated E2E internally; Lead Issue Analysis and Case Recovery among testing teams to support key project milestones (e.g. B sample and C sample) achievement; Create Resolution Plan for Issue found/Bug Ticket raised by testing department together with architecture and function owner; Review the E2E Function Release Process based in the Function Spec., and support E2E Function Delivery; Support for Post-SOP Continuous Improvement in terms of Functions E2E; Analyze the technology trend in the application of IoV, and participate Future E2E Architect discussion and definition; Consolidate Report to management when necessary; Constructing automatic tools with Python or C/C++ for automatic tests and architecture procedure. Qualification and skills required for the position: University degree in engineering/IT, e.g. computer science or equivalent working experience Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical position of automotive industry, including supplier industry; Working experience in VW Group or VW Group suppliers; Comprehensive expertise in coordinating/developing/testing connected car services, experience with E2E function architecture is a must; Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring); Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in all relevant EE related disciplines in theory and exercise; Good team player and communication skills; Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, vehicle BUS communication knowledge; Familiar with Cloud service develop and deployment knowledge; Fluent in English
