Position 15、微波工程专家
岗位职责Position Responsibilities：
1.        领导微波工程部门并负责日常营运；在公司首席科学家的领导下按照时间表推进微波相关的项目；
Lead the Department of Microwave Engineering and responsible for the daily operation. Support the chief scientist to push the projects related with Microwave Application forward following the timeline.
2.        负责基于微波等离子的人工碳材料合成工艺设备的微波系统集成工作；负责调查收集微波以及射频在半导体工业中的应用需求以及公司内部与微波和射频相关的预研项目。
Responsible for the design and sub-system integration of artificial carbon material synthesis equipment based on the application of microwave plasma. Responsible for the application investigation of microwave & RF in Semiconductor Industry and pilot research projects related to Microwave and RF.
3.        协同机械工程师完成微波传输线，模式转换天线，谐振腔的模拟优化和结构设计；负责审核与微波传输相关的零组件的设计细节。
Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the simulation and structural design of microwave transmission lines, mode conversion antennas, and resonators; Responsible for reviewing the design details of components related to microwave propagation.
4.        负责与微波相关的硬件系统测试和状态分析， 协同工艺工程师对设备的微波等离子体状态进行测试分析。
Responsible for microwave-related hardware system testing and state analysis, and cooperate with process engineers to test and analyze the microwave plasma status of the equipment.
5.        协同其它工程专业部门解决微波相关的工程问题并提出改进方案; 根据工艺需求持续改善系统的等离子体性能; 提升微波相关系统的可靠性和稳定性。
Cooperate with other engineering departments to solve microwave-related engineering problems and propose improvement plans, keep on improving the plasma performance according process requirements；Improve the stability and reliability of the sub-systems related to microwave engineering.
6.        协同供应链同事完成供应商开发；负责微波相关的零组件的选型和与供应商的技术交流；支持本地供应商完成供应链国产化相关工作提高相关产品的性能和可靠性；
Collaborate with supply chain to complete supply source development; Responsible for the selection of microwave related components and technical communication with suppliers; Supporting local suppliers to complete the localization of the supply chain and improve the performance and reliability of MW related parts.
7.        针对客户端出现的问题，提出解决方案、提供技术支持。
Technical support for the issues happened at customer sites
8.        按照项目节点，提交相关的设计文档和流程文件。
Submit relevant design documents and procedure documents according to the project nodes
任职要求Qualifications
1.        硕士或博士，电磁场、无线通讯技术、微波工程、雷达等专业毕业，有射频和微波工程相关方向的项目研发经历， 10年以上微波相关工作经验;
Master degree or Doctor degree; Major in Electromagnetic Field, Wireless Communication Technology, Microwave Engineering, Radar, etc.; R&D experience in RF and microwave engineering related directions, more than 10 years of work experience related to Microwave.
2.        有非常扎实的微波理论知识基础，熟练掌握射频和微波工程相关的CAE软件，诸如CST、COMSOL Multiphysics、Ansys HFSS、ADS、Etc.；
Mastered the basic knowledge and theory of Microwave very well, Skilled at simulation using CAE software related to RF & Microwave engineering, Such as CST, COMSOL Multiphysics, Ansys HFSS, ADS, etc.
3.        熟悉微波等离子体的相关应用， 有微波等离子体相关项目从业经历优先；
Familiar with microwave plasma related applications, microwave plasma related project experience is preferred.
4.        具备良好的英语表达能力，能够流利地进行英语交流;
Good English communication skills and capable to communicate fluently in English.
5.        具备良好的团队精神和抗压能力; 有条理且值得信赖，自我驱动和持续学习
Good team spirit and capable to work under high pressure environment. Organized and reliable, self-driven and continuous learning.
