Release Manager - Integration 20-40万

Brief description of the position:

As Release Manager you are part of the Integration Team. 

Main Target is to lead your Project to an successful Sogeftware Release. (planning, steering, reporting)

Automotive Background incl. general Hard- and Software knowledge is recommended.

Volkswagen Background is advantageous (Workflow / Process / Strategy)



Key Tasks:

1.Lead Release related Activities for your Project (Time planning, Resource Planning, Cross Team Alignments and Steering, Create Release Reports and Moderate Release Meetings)

2.Timely planning and steering for the tests of the vehicle project (e.g. Test Instance planning, effort, deadlines, budget, resources...); 

3.Support generation and optimization of the Integration test concept

4.Organization and supervision of test teams (invitation of participants, kick-off, moderation of meetings, discussion of the test tasks); Meeting protocol writing.

5.Support Error Management and Test Team with dynamic troubleshooting to enable Development activities.

6.Implement speed oriented Workflows and Tools for Test- and Steering activities.

7.Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

8.Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.



Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Bachelor or Master in Engineering / Software Development / Automotive or similar.

Working experience: 

Experience in Project Management or/and Experience in leading Technical Team or/and Experience as Test Manager

Knowledge, skills and others: 

3+ Years experience in Automotive industry.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Good communication skills and team spirit.
