部门描述/Department Mission

The Software & Hardware platform department empowers Cariad China (a Volkswagen Company) Software & Hardware development in China. The overall goals are responsible for software & hardware developments of products like Tbox, CDCU, LDCU and RDCU , including schematics design, 2D/3D design, hardware testing and DV/PV testing, also monitoring EMS suppliers. It is a in-house software/hardware development department.
 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

Technical key words (at least 3 words): 

 

Do manufacturing test coverage analysis, provide your professional feedback to electrical engineer about test point, test circuit design.
Define manufacturing test concept, detail requirements and explain to manufacturing suppliers
Do technical evaluation before manufacturing supplier nomination
Follow manufacturing suppliers to implement our requirements and identify risks
Work with electrical engineers and mechanical engineers for DFM topics
Work with system engineer on EOL/FCT test requirements
 


岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Familiar with the manufacturing testing and process of domain controllers;
Familiar with ECU electronic hardware design, master of testing coverage analysis
Familiar with the testing methods of FCT and EOL for automotive electronic products, development of EOL communication protocols
Familiar with software and hardware development of testing equipment;
Familiar with commonly used automotive electronic communication buses such as CAN/CANFD/LIN and diagnostic communication of UDSonCAN;
Strong communication skills
Excellent initiative, engagement and personal responsibility
Target oriented and well structured
Strong analytical skills and can get to the heart of the matter
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
