Ensuring the availability of a holistic, up-to-date, and prioritized TOP error list

• Steering and coordination of E/E error management within TE

• Achieving the highest possible product quality for the customer in close collaboration with the specialist departments 

 

key points:

1.Manage error tracking process and communication and escalation channel in assigned projects, incl. but not limited to configuration management, process setting, risk reporting and ticket quality control

2.Organize regular error tracking meetings to review progress, coordinate resources, resolve problems and conflicts, and ensure successful error ticket fixing 

3.g and analysis from existing error status. Define and adapt lessons learned from the error ticketing tracking for project team, esp. validation continuous improvement. 

4.Creating Daily error report with management overview and Organize the error round for the escalation and clarification of the error tickets, whose handle time is beyond the regular time 

5.Cross domain/teams/departments/stakeholders’ communication to establish strong cooperation and collaboration to achieve project validation scope delivery 

 

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree in Automotive/ Electrical/Industry Engineering, or comparable qualification 

2.xperience in project management, 5+ working experience or 3 + year in VW, with PMP(project management professional) certification as prefer; 3+ year in quality management system 

3.Abilities in communication and organizing; Structured and organized way of working; Knowledge and experience in Jira, ALM or similar ticket system and reporting system Knowledge and experience in error management Konw-How on New energy vehicle basis & Intelligent vehicle basis Authority according to the rules of procedure of the E/E error meeting, particularly voting rights in unanimous decision-making Decision-making on the need for escalation
