岗位描述/Department Mission

· C|GB as – Intelligent Cockpit & Body Development, takes the overall

related solution development responsibility for Volkswagen group entity

products in China

with safe, convenient and joyful functions, services, experiences and HMI

(Human Machine Interfaces) enabled by digital technologies. 

· We develop the functions, services, and experiences to satisfy customer requirements and ensure Volkswagen Group products’ competitiveness in the most advanced market for Intelligent Cockpit

& Body solutions.

· We are responsible for the successful development, deployment and ongoing upgrade

working with related global and local stakeholders for Intelligent Cockpit and

Body solution products in China. 

 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

·      Lead project team and ensure delivery of Twin, MEB 31 & CMP21D on time;

·      Ensure the development timeline and milestone and lead technical discussion with stakeholders, internally across OneTeam and externally with suppliers;

·      Steer feature ramp up status and track ticket build-up and burn-down

progress;

·      Create BMG and K-release recommendation and collect approval from different commenters, including responsible OMK, in order to release component into series production;

·      Other tasks assigned by supervisor





岗位要求/Required Qualification:

·      Education: Master’s degree in automotive/ electrical/ industrial

engineering, computing or similar

·      Work Experience : Minimum 3-5 years or more of work experience in the automotive/ electronic industry or similar;

Knowledge and well-founded technical understanding of online services, in-car infotainment systems/ function in theory and exercise as well as vehicle electronic architecture; Knowledge in the field of online communication units,

in car infotainment systems/ function and HW/ SW development process for embedded systems (ideally automotive); Work experience in infotainment/ mobile online service development within Volkswagen Group preferred; Experience in leading intercultural teams preferred; Strong record in technical project management (time management/ planning/ monitoring)

·      Knowledge, skills and abilities: Excellent skills in communication; Highly team-minded; High ability to solve problems; Highly self-organized; Highly motivated

·      English: Excellent business language skills in English (written and verbal) mandatory; German language

skills highly appreciated; Chinese language skills highly appreciated
