Brief description of the position:

This position will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge intelligent connected vehicle services for domestic and oversea markets, ensuring seamless integration between vehicles, mobile devices, and cloud. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical solution design in connected car, and a passion for creating innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.

 

Key Tasks:

Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define, design, and document backend solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications for domestic and export project.
Define and implement backend architecture and technical solution, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and components.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for backend systems, considering factors such as performance, scalability, security, and cost.
Drive end-to-end implementation of mobile SDK and connected services from PoC to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
Manage the development team’s workflow to ensure delivery timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in backend technical solution design and implementation. 
Ensure all connected car solutions comply with relevant automotive standards and regulations (domestic and oversea markets), including cyber security and data privacy laws.
Work with legal, compliance, and security teams to address regulatory requirements and manage risks.
Maintain comprehensive documentation or all architectural designsand integrations, including diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals.
 

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master or equivalent) is a plus. 
5+ years of experience as a backend solution architect, solution engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on connected car cloud platform, or IoT platform.
Strong understanding of connected car technologies and associated ecosystems with focus of cloud backend.
Proven experience with connected car cloud backend architecture design and development.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent technical & communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
