As vehicle control function performance engineer, lead and coordinate various domains such as powertrain, chassis, and ADAS. Primary focus is to ensure a seamless and integrated user experience, e.g. Driving mode, Engine start&stop, Road Preview, Launch Control, and Tire blowout Stability. You will define cross-system performance targets and lead systematic subjective evaluations and testing. Key Tasks: Define vehicle-level driving performance integration targets and acceptance criteria, driving consensus and delivery across subsystems (Powertrain, Chassis, ADAS). Lead joint test of performance and integration strategies for cross-domain functions (e.g., Preview, Pre-crash Vehicle Posturing). Organize and lead vehicle-level subjective evaluations and objective testing for core functions like Driving Modes, Launch Control, Road Preview, Engine start&stop and Tire-burst Stability. Be responsible for the vehicle-level integration verification of functions like Engine Start-Stop, ensuring consistency in user experience. Identify cross-system performance bottlenecks and interaction issues, driving responsible domains to optimize and close the loop. Establish and maintain the vehicle driving performance evaluation system and database, producing integration verification reports and final performance approval judgments. Manage technical and collaboration risks during the performance integration process, ensuring the final delivered driving experience meets product definition requirements Qualification and skills required for the position: Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Power Machinery, Automation, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in vehicle performance integration, driving dynamics development, or related system (Powertrain/Chassis/ADAS) development. Excellent vehicle driving feel and systematic subjective evaluation ability, capable of accurately describing and quantifying the driving experience Proficient in vehicle E/E architecture and system interaction logic. Possesses outstanding cross-departmental communication, coordination, and driving skills. Systems thinking mindset and strong user perspective, with a relentless pursuit of superior vehicle driving quality. Familiarity with mainstream calibration/measurement tools (e.g., INCA, CANape) and data analysis methods is a plus.
