职位描述

Brief description of the position:

Perform as remote diagnosis engineer with strong ability of using remote diagnosis system to identify issues and provide corresponding solutions; Monitor status of vehicles in the market and quickly solving urgent customer issues with cross-function team; Be familiar with in-vehicle signals/data and potential issues or scenarios.

 

Key Tasks:

1.      To enable a R-L2 remote diagnose team set-up, and using existing know how to build the remote diagnose user operation supporting process

2.      Communicate remote diagnosis conclusions to customers

3.      Remotely monitor the health status of vehicles in the market with online systems

4.      Summarize cases and extract experience to improve the team's remote diagnostic and analytical capabilities

5.      Deliver online fault diagnosis solutions based on remote diagnostic systems

6.      Establish a remote diagnosis case library and knowledge base to support the enhancement of online problem-solving assistance functions

7.      Identify intelligent after-sales service scenarios and promote proactive prevention of potential risk issues

8.      Other tasks – Undertake other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

 

Qualification and Skills:

1.      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master or equivalent) is a plus.

2.      Working Experience: 10+ years of experience in remote diagnosis system or in a similar role, with a focus on connected cars data collection, management and signal processing.

3.      Knowledge, skills and others: 

-         Remote Problem Analysis and Localization Capabilities: Vehicle logs, CAN signals/alerts, backend logs, circuit diagrams, remote diagnostic platforms

-         Remote Closed-Loop Problem-Solving Capabilities: Deliver online fault diagnosis solutions (case by case), summarize cases, extract experience, build knowledge bases, and enhance the team’s remote diagnostic capabilities

-         Communication Skills: Stakeholder coordination among Customers, CCC (Customer Care Center), technical after-sales teams, quality teams, R&D teams

-         Professional Competence: Familiar with after-sales operation processes
