KVP Engineer 20-40万

 Brief description of the position:

The position is responsible for the smooth running of the production, the continuous stability and improvement of the quality and process, the decrease of the production cost, the improvement of the personnel construction and the safety of the whole process and persons etc. under the leadership of the Technology zone supervisor and the shop manager.

 

Key Tasks:

Lean Production System (KPS) rollout, Train employees' knowledge and methods of lean production.

Develop annual implementation plan of workshop improvement activities (KVP), organize and implement various improvement activities in the workshop.

Organize and hold continuous improvement workshop (Kvp-Kaskade) as to the annual plan. Organize relevant departments to hold problem-solving workshop.

Organize new model start-up workshop (3P-Anlauf)

Formulate the workshop improvement activity evaluation and reward scheme, and organize the workshop improvement activity evaluation session. Commend individuals and teams who have performed outstanding in improvement activities.

Finance Basic Competence

Plan and manage the materials required for improvement activities

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

 

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, automobile manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical Appliances or related majors, working experience in production workshop with finance knowhow is preferred.

Specific required skills for this position:

Experience with Production systems, Problem Solving, Quality Control, Lean manufacturing.
Fluent English communication skills.
Full command of MS Office/ MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
Excellent comprehensive quality, team spirit, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people.
