The position will be responsible to work together with function owner and subsystem owner and be responsible for testing activity of all body functions & subsystems, also support FO& SO for issue analysis, debug.

Education background
Major in Computer science, Automotive, Engineer or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above
Working experiences
3 years above working experience of testing engineer
5 years above test bench, test tools experience, test script development experiences for Body function, digital key, access related function
Technical / Professional skills
The candidate should be familiar with vehicle design, system design , system function or semiconductor and have strong experience and know how to do following key activates:
In-Vehicle Networks: Mastery of CAN/LIN; familiarity with FlexRay/MOST; essential expertise in Automotive Ethernet (TCP/IP, SOME/IP, DoIP). Proficiency with tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, or Vehicle Spy is critical.
ECU Fundamentals: Understanding of ECU architecture, hardware components, and software layers (AUTOSAR knowledge is a strong plus).
Diagnostics: In-depth knowledge of UDS protocol implementation over CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
Sensors & Actuators: Basic understanding of vehicle sensors (temperature, pressure, position, acceleration) and actuators (motors, solenoid valves).
Functional Domains: Knowledge of specific domains (e.g., powertrain, chassis, body electronics, infotainment/ADAS/autonomous driving).
At least one scripting language (Python preferred; Shell scripting acceptable).
Basic-to-intermediate programming skills (C/C++ for code analysis, test stubs/drivers, or automation frameworks).
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Robot Framework, CAPL, VectorCAST, or pytest.
HIL Testing: Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop systems (dSPACE, NI PXI, ETAS). Knowledge of HIL architecture, model integration, signal simulation/fault injection.
Bench Testing: Ability to set up and operate test benches (ECUs, wiring, load boxes, power supplies, oscilloscopes).
Vehicle Testing: Willingness to conduct real-vehicle road tests; understanding of challenges and protocols.
Requirements-Based Testing: Ability to trace requirements (using DOORS/Polarion) and ensure full coverage.
Performance/Stability Testing: Resource profiling (CPU/memory/storage), real-time behavior, and endurance testing.
The candidate should has solid knowledge about system, vehicle EE and general car platform/architecture
The candidate should be familiar with tools such as MS Project, JIRA,polarion, Doors and Confluence
Familiarity with the full test lifecycle (requirements analysis, test planning, case design, script development/execution, defect management, reporting).
Good English is a must, Germany will be a big plus
