Chassis Test Engineering 27-38万

Tasks：

1.To develop structural durability bench test concept for chassis component & system, including load signal plausibility check, bench test concept design, fatigue simulation, compile test standard, etc.

2.To ensure correct execution of chassis component durability bench test & chassis system durability bench test according to VW Test

3.Procedures (EP, PV, TL, etc.) including technical measurements prior, during, and at the end of test and test execution,

4.To hold a permanent communication with the specialists in EGEB in VWAG(Germany) to discuss test results, test requirements, deviations, new test developments, test bench investment, etc.

5.To participate in meetings with customers of areas of R&D, to define test programs, to control timings, amount of samples, to document deviations, to give input for product improvement, and to report to project coordinators。

6.To coordinate the design and manufacturing of test rigs and devices, in time and quality, necessary for the test bench under his/her responsibility。

7.To certificate test methods with external partners, such as components suppliers (if they are responsible for testing during development phases) and service suppliers (if they perform tests in behalf of our company).

8.To develop test instructions for the local personnel, support technician to build up test benches under his/her responsibility.

9.To plan the test program in a standard format, to control timing, to document deviations, and to report to project coordinators.

10.To analyze and to report the test results in a standard format, including technical release, findings, results, and conclusions.

 

Qualification and skills：

1.Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.

2.More than 3 years.

3.Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in relevant topics in theory and practice • Team working, good analytical skills, self-motivation

4.Software: MPT, RPC, Matlab, Hyperworks, ABAQUS, Ncode, Tecware, ect.

5.Good technical communication skills in English (written and spoken), German language is desired.
